Every item we produce is handled with care. Because we specialize in custom work, please note the distinction between processing time and shipping time.

Standard Processing: All orders require 5–6 business days to process before they are shipped or made available for pickup.

Note: Selecting an expedited shipping method will speed up the time your package spends in transit, but it does not shorten the 5–6 day internal processing period.

We ship across Canada using reliable carriers including UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.

Local Pickup (Calgary, AB)
Avoid shipping fees by choosing Local Pickup at checkout. This is the fastest way to receive your custom pieces if you are in the Calgary area.

Track Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send a tracking number to the email address used during checkout. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
