Order Processing & Timelines

Every item we produce is handled with care. Because we specialize in custom work, please note the distinction between processing time and shipping time.

🛠️ Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders require 5–6 business days to process before they are shipped or made available for pickup.
  • Note: Selecting an expedited shipping method will speed up the time your package spends in transit, but it does not shorten the 5–6 day internal processing period.

Shipping Options

We ship across Canada using reliable carriers including UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5–10 business days once the order has been processed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who require faster transit times.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.

Local Pickup (Calgary, AB)

Avoid shipping fees by choosing Local Pickup at checkout. This is the fastest way to receive your custom pieces if you are in the Calgary area.

  • Notification: You will receive an email as soon as your order has finished processing (5–6 business days) and is ready for collection.
  • Instructions: Pickup location details and specific instructions will be provided in your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send a tracking number to the email address used during checkout. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
